For your convenience, an order form can be downloaded from this site (see link at the bottom of home page).  After the form has been completed, please mail it, along with your check or money order if paying directly, to the address shown on the form.  If you are paying through PayPal,  you will need to send the order form showing designs you wish to purchase.  Questions about cards or inquiries regarding shipping options or shipping/handling charges may be directed to jzimmer2@cinci.rr.com.    Use the Document  link on HOME page to access the order form.
